Reservation and Cancelation Policy

• Please arrive 5 minutes in advance to your appointment

• Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

• As a courtesy, we attempt to remind you of all appointments. Prior to your appointment a message is sent out to confirm the appointment. Please take the time to confirm the appointment.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24hrs before please contact Laser Arts Studio at 845-588-1148. We ask you to reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee.

• A credit or debit card is required to book an appointment.

• No show. If you no show you will be charged according to the appointment fees.

 

Refund Policy

• All service sales and gift card sales are final.

• Retail items cannot be refunded.

• No refunds. No exchanges. Service purchased is not transferable to other services.

Other Policy

• Prices do not include gratuities.

• With paying with Square there will be a 4.5% fee to any Transaction. To avoid the fee payment can be made in cash, Zelle or Venmo.

• Gratuity can be left in cash, Zelle, or Venmo or via Square with payment.

• We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your technicians will remain confidential, as will your health history forms.

• Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.

• Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

• Please notify our Spa before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

• All guests are to complete a Consent form before starting treatment.
